What does the free plan include?

Without signing up you get 3 trial downloads. They are counted on our server per install, so reinstalling does not bring them back. After that a free account gives you 10 downloads a day at up to 720p. The counter resets at midnight UTC (5:30 AM in India, 5:00 AM in Pakistan). Audio, including MP3 at 320 kbps, is free within the same 10 downloads.

How much do credits cost, and when do you need them?

You need a credit for any quality above 720p, or once the daily free limit is used up. Each download costs exactly 1 credit, whether 1080p, 1440p or 4K. Credits never expire, and they are charged only after a download succeeds: a failed or cancelled download gives the credit back.

Playlists and channels never spend credits silently: if your free limit runs out halfway through a list, the list pauses and the app asks you what to do. Channel subscriptions never spend credits at all.

Subscription plans: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months

A subscription removes every limit: unlimited downloads at any quality the source offers. A "month" is 30 days, so the 12-month plan runs 360 days. Buying more time while subscribed adds the days to the current end date.

Lifetime license: one payment, 2 or 3 PCs

Lifetime is a subscription with no end date, paid once. The standard plan ($34.99) covers 2 computers, the family plan ($59.99) covers 3, and the Store lists every future version as included. Every other account also works on 2 computers. You can swap a computer once per 24 hours.

Lifetime vs subscription: when does lifetime pay off?

Compare $34.99 lifetime with the cheapest subscriptions for the same period. Against paying monthly: 7 months at $4.99 cost $34.93 and 8 months cost $39.92, so lifetime wins from month 8. Against the yearly plan: the first year costs $27.99, which is cheaper. Month 13 adds $4.99 ($32.98 in total) and month 14 brings you to $37.97, so lifetime pays off during the second year, from about month 14. Two years of subscriptions cost $55.98.

If you only need 1080p or 4K now and then, credits are simpler: 10 credits cost the same as one month of subscription, and they never expire. If you regularly download more than 10 videos above 720p a month, the subscription is the better deal.

How do I pay? Crypto only, through NOWPayments

Payments go through the NOWPayments processor; cards are not accepted. Prices are set in US dollars, and the default coin is USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). Pick a plan in the Store, pay the order, and your rights are added once the payment is finally confirmed. A partial payment grants nothing, so if you sent too little, contact support. Promo codes give a discount at checkout; gift codes add credits without a purchase.

For you this means checkout works the same from any country, you never enter card details, and recurring charges are impossible. The downside: you need a crypto wallet or an exchange account.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

No. A subscription never renews by itself. We email you a reminder 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and you decide whether to renew.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are on-chain and rights are delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. Where we agree to a refund, for example after a service fault or a duplicate or mistaken payment, it is sent manually to a crypto address you provide, and on-chain network fees may be deducted. What happens if the server is unreachable?

Subscribers, including lifetime owners, keep downloading offline for up to 14 days from the last sign-in refresh. Free and credit users wait until the server is back, and their credit balance stays intact.
